Lions Select Crosby In Fifth Round

ARLINGTON, Texas – The reigning Pac-12 Offensive Lineman of the Year, Tyrell Crosby was the second Duck selected in the 2018 NFL Draft when he was taken in the fifth round with the 153rd overall pick by the Detroit Lions on Saturday.

Crosby is the 31st offensive lineman in program history to be selected in the NFL Draft and the first Oregon player taken by the Detroit Lions since quarterback Joey Harrington was the third overall selection in 2002.

Crosby's dominance at left tackle was on full display in 2017, as he went the entire season (911 snaps) without allowing a sack while helping the Ducks finish 12th nationally in rushing offense (251 yards per game) and 18th in scoring offense (36 points per game).
