PULLMAN, Wash. - Tze-Han Lin posted a top-5 finish as the Oregon women's golf team took second at the fall season opening WSU Cougar Cup at Palouse Ridge Golf Club.
Lin carded a 2-under 70 in the third and final round of the tournament to climb into a tie for fifth overall. Lin shot a 5-under 211 (70-71-70) over the three rounds of the Cougar Cup.
As a team, the Ducks recorded a 12-under 852 (285-279-288) to kick off their fall schedule.
Freshman Sofie Kibsgaard Nielsen, making her collegiate debut for the Ducks, was Oregon's second-best finisher.
