EUGENE, Ore. - Oregon third baseman Jenna Lilley made the second cut for the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Freshman of the Year award when the organization announced she is one of the final 10 candidates for the honor.
Lilley has started every game this season at the hot corner for the No. 1 ranked Ducks, the only player on the roster to do so.
With three games left in the regular season, she leads the team with 54 runs scored, 14 doubles and 32 walks while hitting .441 with a .500 on-base percentage.
