Justin Wilcox, the defensive coordinator at Wisconsin, widely is expected to become the head coach for the California Golden Bears according to reports, marking his return to the Pac-12 Conference, where he was a player and an assistant coach.
If an agreement is reached, it will be his first head coaching job.
