Less than two months ago, 247Sports three-star wide receiver JR Waters was a prospect in search of his first Power 5 Conference FBS offer.
But in the past few weeks, the 6-foot-3, 185-pound pass-catcher, out of Oxnard High School (California), has seen his stock skyrocket.
Arizona State, Michigan, Nebraska, Oregon, Utah, Washington State and several others extended scholarship offers, not only putting Waters on the map, but making him a possible four-star prospect candidate seemingly overnight.
However, even with his stock red-hot, Waters entered this weekend's trip to Eugene with one school in mind.
