Joey Capra, 3-star OL, decommits from Oregon Ducks after older brother announces transfer

Some decommitments catch the fanbase by surprise, and others can be seen coming from a mile away.

247Sports three-star center Joey Capra's announcement Wednesday that he was re-opening his Oregon Ducks commitment falls in the latter category:

Less than 24 hours prior to Capra's announcement, his older brother, Jacob Capra, announced his intentions to transfer from the program, making it appear inevitable his younger brother would also re-consider his options.

The 6-foot-4, 275-pound center, out of Placer High School (Auburn, California), originally committed to Arizona State, but flipped to Oregon in late July after picking up an offer from the Ducks.
