Jesuit offensive lineman Jaxson Kirkland always dreamed of playing for the Washington Huskies like his father.
Dean Kirkland, who was co-captain of the 1990 co-Pac-10 champions, played guard for Washington, and while his son grew into a 6-foot-7, 300-pound mammoth offensive tackle, he'll also have a chance to anchor the Huskies' offensive line.
On Monday night, Kirkland committed to Washington over Oregon, announcing his decision via Twitter:

For Kirkland, who decommitted from UCLA earlier this month, Washington's offer was just too hard to pass up.
