Recruiting master Mario Cristobal is hoping that the Autzen atmosphere can help him snag a few more commitments for the class of 2019 when the Ducks play the huskies, but Jared Casey of Louisville, Kentucky couldn’t wait. So, a couple of days ago, he quacked.
The 4-star linebacker is ranked 18th nationally at his position by 247, and the 6th best prospect out of the state of Kentucky. At 6’ 3 and 220 pounds, Casey could see serious playing time within his first couple of years, though fortunately there’ll be plenty of competition for starting roles with the addition of fellow four-star commits Mase Funa and Ge’Mon Eaford.
