Jakob Goldfarb blasted two home runs, and Spencer Steer and Gabe Matthews also homered to power the Oregon Ducks baseball team past Indiana State 8-5 on Sunday in Las Vegas.
Steer's two-run homer put the Ducks (2-1) on the board in the first inning. The Sycamores (1-2) responded with three runs in their half of the first.
Oregon trailed 5-3 in the fifth when Matthews laced an RBI single to cut the Sycamores' lead in half.
The first of Goldfarb's solo homers came in the top of the sixth and tied the game at 5-5.
