EUGENE, Ore. - Oregon women's basketball guard Sabrina Ionescu has been named an ESPNW first team All-American, the organization announced on Thursday.
This is the second straight season ESPNW has selected Ionescu to its first team All-America list. She joins Bev Smith (1981, 1982) as the only players in program history to be two-time first team All-Americans.
This year, Ionescu joins Iowa center Megan Gustafson, Mississippi State center Teaira McCowan, UConn forward Napheesa Collier and Louisville guard Asia Durr on the first team. She's the only non-senior selected to either the first or second team.
