EUGENE, Ore. – In recognition of their standout outdoor campaigns, redshirt senior Cravon Gillespie and associate head coach Curtis Taylor have earned USTFCCCA regional honors. Gillespie is the West Region Men's Track Athlete of the Year while Taylor has been named West Region Men's Assistant Coach of the Year.
Oregon will cap its 2019 season at the NCAA Championships (June 5-8) in Austin, Texas. Collectively, the Ducks have a nation-best 30 entries—15 men, 15 women—at the national meet. The program will be represented by 25 individuals and three relays spread among 17 events at the NCAA Championships.
