EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon wide receiver Troy Franklin was added on Monday morning to the watch list for the Biletnikoff Award, which annually recognizes college football's outstanding FBS receiver regardless of position. The Tallahassee Quarterback Club (TQC) Foundation, Inc., announced Franklin as one of three additions to the watch list, along with Tyler Hudson (Louisville) and C.J. Johnson (East Carolina).
The semifinalists, finalists, and award recipient are selected by the highly distinguished Biletnikoff Award National Selection Committee, a group of 610 prominent college football journalists, commentators, announcers, Biletnikoff Award winners, and other former receivers. Semifinalists will be voted on this week, and will be announced on Monday, Nov.
