Adams has played for the Montreal Alouettes for the last two seasons. He saw action in three games in 2016. Despite being healthy in 2017 and dressing for every game he did not play. Last week he was traded from Montreal to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats for Linebacker Charleston Hughes.
Vernon Adams mentality has not changed since he played for the Oregon Ducks. He still feels he is young enough to compete. He will play for June Jones, who spent time at both the NFL and NCAA Level and he will also play with another former Oregon Duck, Jeremiah Masoli.
