Former Oregon Quarterback Vernon Adams Finds Home Through CFL Trade

Former Oregon Ducks Quarterback Vernon Adams had two chances to make an NFL Impression with the Seattle Seahawks and the Washington Redskins over the last two weeks, but he did not leave enough of an impression to leave either NFL Training Camp. He had some time to sort out what he was going to do, but on Friday the decision was made a little easier.

The BC Lions, who held Adams rights in the CFL traded the former Oregon QB to the Montreal Alouettes according to ESPN. He went from a team that was set at Quarterback to a team that likely could be in need of one.
