Quarterback Tyler Shough has transferred to Texas Tech, joining a Red Raiders team that is in need of a signal-caller for 2021.
When Tyler Shough arrived at Oregon, he was expected to be the heir apparent to Justin Herbert. After a season that saw him start seven games and help Oregon Football to a Pac-12 Championship, Shough decided it was time to move on from the Ducks.
