Hoke was hired by Mark Helfrich to come in and try to get the Oregon Ducks to be better. After taking a look he decided to shift the Scheme from 3-4 to a more Pro Style 4-3. Brady Hoke was hired by Tennessee as the Defensive Line Coach.
