Chung was a fan favorite at the University of Oregon. In 2013 and played in ten games for the Eagles that season. In his Rookie Year at the next level, the team made it to the Playoffs but lost at home against the New Orleans Saints. Philadelphia’s Defense that season was not vaunted by any means. They gave up more scores on the outside than any other team in the NFL. Chung was part of the youth movement on Defense that did not catch on right away and paid the price.
