To preface this piece, I first want to send out deepest condolences to the family and friends of Khyree Jackson, who was tragically killed in a recent car accident in Maryland. Jackson was preparing for his first season in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings. Let us all appreciate everyone every day and never take things for granted. Rest in power, Khyree.
Carrying on his legacy on the field and in their hearts will be the Ducks’ defensive backfield for 2024, which should be a very talented and productive one.
Tysheem Johnson returns to the secondary after his first season in Eugene in 2023.
