Raevyn Rogers, the University of Oregon junior who has won five NCAA titles in the 800 meters, has been selected as one of three women finalists for The Bowerman.
The Bowerman is awarded annually to the top male athlete and top female athlete in college track and field.
Rogers had a bravura season in 2017, winning NCAA championships in the 800 indoors and outdoors. She set the collegiate record in the 800 of of 1:59.10, breaking the mark of 1:59.11 held by Suzy Favor since 1990.
Earlier this month, Rogers anchored the UO 4x400 to a NCAA outdoor title-clinching victory.
