FloTrack has obtained what appears to be an entire report the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency prepared for the Texas Medical Board that apparently was written to compel a deposition from Houston endocrinologist Jeffrey Brown.
Here is a link to FloTrack's copy of the report.
The attempt to compel the deposition was unsuccessful.
The 269-page report alleges Nike Oregon Project coach Alberto Salazar involved Brown in attempts to systemically evade and, in some cases to break, anti-doping rules.
The report is crammed with documentation, including emails, medical records and interviews with a number of former Oregon Project athletes, Dathan Ritzenhein and Tara (Erdmann) Welling among them.
