The Seattle Seahawks, depleted at the running back position, had former Oregon star LaMichael James in for a workout Tuesday, according to a report.

James, 27, was a second-round pick (No. 61) by the San Francisco 49ers in the 2012 NFL draft. He has played sparingly - primarily as a return specialist - during four years in the league with the 49ers and Miami Dolphins.
