Josh Huff must sign another contract if he wants to join the New Orleans Saints during the offseason.
The former Oregon Ducks star signed a reserve/futures deal with the Saints on Jan. 26, but the NFL disapproved the contract on Monday, according to multiple reports.
The Saints signed Huff and linebacker Jayrone Elliott to futures deals, but addition of the two players pushed the Saints offseason roster beyond the maximum 90-player limit for the offseason, prompting the league to reject the deals.
The Saints were already at 90 players before adding Huff and Elliott.
