While the Oregon football team got two commitments over the weekend, the basketball squad also received a new name to be added to the roster. Eric Williams, a transfer from Duquesne, will be rocking the green and yellow starting next fall. Williams is a 6’6” guard that averaged 14.0 PPG (led his team), 7.6 RPG (led his team), 1.4 APG, and 1.1 SPG in his sophomore campaign. Eric finished third in rebounding in the Atlantic-10.
This is a very under-the-radar get for Oregon and Williams is a player that PAC-12 fans should look forward to watching. The 205 pound wing from Port Huron, Michigan is a fierce rim-attacker and can step outside the arc occasionally with his leftie jumper.
