Oregon improved their record to 6-0 after a 78-73 win over Fresno State. Dillon Brooks had a game high 21 points and ten rebounds.
The Ducks zone was difficult for the Bulldogs. Fresno State didn't get many open shots because of Oregon's rotation on defense. Elgin Cook pushed the pace for the Ducks and had seven early points that ignited an 11-0 run to start the game. Oregon's ability to rebound allowed Cook to run the floor and get a lot of shots at the rim. Cook finished with 14 points and seven rebounds.
Chris Boucher continued to anchor the defense.
