EUGENE, Ore. – The No. 2 Oregon acrobatics and tumbling team opened its 2019 season with a 275.180-267.190 victory over No. 7 Hawaii Pacific on Friday night.

Oregon started off the meet on a high note some of its highest scores of the night, registering scores of 9.85 in both the pyramid and toss heats. The Ducks tallied a total of 38.70 in the compulsory event, while Hawaii Pacific finished with a 36.55.
The 6-element heat led the Ducks though the acro event with a 9.80. Oregon went on to record a 28.
