EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon women's basketball team has moved up one spot to No. 2 in the Associated Press top-25 poll following blowout wins over UC Riverside and Kansas State last week.
The Ducks drew five first-place votes, with UConn taking the No. 1 spot after receiving 19 first-place votes. Pac-12 rivals Oregon State and Stanford came in at No. 3 and No. 5, respectively, with South Carolina at No. 4.
Oregon has now been ranked in the top 25 for 46 straight weeks, the eighth-longest active streak in the nation. The Ducks have been inside the top 10 for 45 consecutive polls.
