EUGENE, Ore, — Oregon added a signee from the junior college ranks and two more high schoolers as the three future Ducks signed National Letters of Intent with Oregon, head coach Dana Altman announced Monday.
Chris Duarte, one of the top junior college players in the nation, and high school standouts Isaac Johnson and Chandler Lawson are the newest additions to the men's basketball roster.
The 6-6 Duarte is from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, and is currently in his sophomore season at Northwest Florida State College.
Johnson, a 6-11 athlete from American Fork, Utah, is rated as one of that state's top prospects and will enroll at Oregon after a two-year LDS mission.
