TEMPE, Ariz. – The Oregon men's basketball team's grit was on display Thursday night as the Ducks overcame a 12-point deficit midway through the first half to defeat No. 11 Arizona State 76-72 in Tempe, Ariz.
The win marks UO's first road victory over a team ranked No. 11 or higher since Jan. 14, 2007, when the Ducks defeated 10th-ranked Arizona 79-77 in Tucson.
How it Happened: It was a bumpy start for Oregon (12-5, 2-2) as the Ducks found themselves in foul trouble early. Starter Troy Brown only logged four minutes in the first half after committing two quick fouls.
