EUGENE, Ore. – Junior tossed a two-hit shutout and the No. 2 ranked Oregon softball team run-ruled Utah, 8-0, in six innings to open a three-game series at The Jane.

HOW IT HAPPENED: The Ducks jumped out to an early lead with mashed her team-leading 14th home run of the season in the first inning. Svekis smacked a two-run, two-out bomb to left to put the Ducks up 2-0.
