EUGENE, Ore. – The Ducks struck early and didn’t look back as they shutout Air Force 3-0 Friday night at Papé Field.
HOW IT HAPPENED: In a dominating game start to finish, it was freshman Marissa Everett who put Oregon on the board first. After Abby Morrow’s shot was deflected by Falcon keeper Alex Kahalley, Everett gained control of the ball and put it in the back of the net for her first career goal in a Duck uniform.
From there, it didn’t take much longer for the Ducks to extend their lead.
