EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon volleyball team will open its 2018 season ranked in the top 20 in the nation after slotting in at No. 18 in the preseason coaches' poll released by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) on Wednesday.
The Ducks, who reached the second round of the NCAA Tournament last year in the first season under head coach Matt Ulmer, were also ranked No. 18 to start the 2017 season.
