EUGENE, Ore. – Coming off a 42-24 win at No. 24 California in its Pac-12 road opener, Oregon moved up to No. 18 in both the Associated Press Top 25 and Amway Coaches Poll released on Sunday. The Ducks moved up one spot in the AP Poll and two spots in the Coaches Poll.
Saturday night's win marked the ninth time in the last 10 meetings that the Ducks have beaten Cal, while it was the team's first win over a ranked opponent since 2016 at No. 11 Utah. Cal had given up just six points in the first half through its first three games before Oregon took a 28-10 lead at the half en route to scoring 40-plus points for the fourth time this season.
