EUGENE, Ore. — Making connections has been a key to success for the 2018 Oregon soccer team and Friday's 2-0 victory over Dartmouth was a textbook example of that.
Marissa Everett connected with Bayley Bruner for a goal in the first half and Eden Hardy set up Emma Eddy for a score in the second half as Oregon improved to 3-1-1 on the season.
"I liked that we scored two goals," said head coach Kat Mertz. "They were pretty nice goals. Both goals with Bayley Bruner connecting with Marissa Everett and Eden Hardy connecting with Emma Eddy – seems to be a good pair for both of them.
