SAN LUIS OBISPO - The Oregon women's golf team sits in first place going into the second and final day of the Bruin Wave Invitational at San Luis Obispo Country Club.
Oregon sat in second, just one stroke back of Northwestern, at the end of the first round but have climbed into the lead with a strong second round. Play was called due to darkness, meaning the Ducks sit in first with three holes left to play for Amy Matusoka, Tze-Han Lin and Kathleen Scavo.
Scavo sits atop the individual leaderboard at even par.
