Oregon's 2016 recruiting class is already 14 recruits deep, and the Ducks have wasted no time in establishing a strong 2017 class with their first commitment.
Langi Tuifua, a 6-3, 200 pound defensive end out of South Jordan, Utah, announced his commitment to the University of Oregon on Thursday. Tuifua is ranked as the eighth best weakside defensive end in the class of 2017, and the fourth best recruit out of Utah.
Tuifua had originally committed to Utah, but after visiting Oregon on May 3, he de-committed from Utah on May 9.
