AZUSA, Calif. – The No. 2 Oregon acrobatics and tumbling team exploded for a season-high score of 280.900 to defeat No. 4 Azusa Pacific Tuesday night at the Felix Event Center.
The Ducks won a total of four events, while setting season-highs in two of those events.
How It Happened: Oregon started out the night with a win in the compulsory event. UO tallied a 38.60 in the event, while the Cougars recorded a score of 38.05. The toss heat registered the highest heat score in the event with a 9.90.
Azusa Pacific responded by winning back-to-back events over the Ducks in the acro and pyramid events.
