SAN ANTONIO – The Oregon volleyball team fell to the University of Texas-San Antonio in four sets on Monday, 21-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-23.
How it Happened: The Ducks (5-3) won the first set despite not working as efficiently on offense as it has previously. Oregon hit only .095 in the opening set but persevered to a gritty win by holding UTSA to .000.
Martenne Bettendorf finished the first set with six kills and continued to lead the team on the offensive end, finishing the match with 22 kills while also notching her first double-double of the season by racking up 11 digs.
