EUGENE – The Oregon men’s tennis team picked up its second straight win on Sunday afternoon, shutting out Utah, 4-0, on Senior Day at the Student Tennis Center.
How It Happened: The Ducks (15-4, 2-2) picked up their 13th straight doubles point with wins on courts one and three. Jayson Amos and Armando Soemarno struck first taking down Utah’s Matt Cowley and Dan Little, 6-2.
Cormac Clissold and Thomas Laurent clinched the point for Oregon with a 6-4 win over Egbert Weverink and Freddie McGeehan. The win is the Duck duo’s 12th straight win.
