EAST LANSING, Mich. – Jordan Zimmerman hit a solo home run in the 10th inning to hand Oregon a 3-2 loss at Michigan State on Friday at McLane Baseball Stadium.

How it happened: Michigan State (19-4) took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first, thanks to some help from the Ducks’ defense. Oregon’s Matt Kroon committed an error to lead off the inning and then Travis Moniot couldn’t complete the exchange on a double play ball that would have ended the inning. Taylor Grace made Oregon (11-11) pay with a two-out RBI.
