SEATTLE – Oregon men's tennis defeated Washington 4-2 today in Seattle, improving to 1-1 in conference play.
After dropping an early-season matchup to the Huskies, Oregon was determined to avenge the loss on Saturday. Washington snuck out of Eugene with a 4-3 in January, giving the Ducks extra motivation in this conference match.
Oregon was fresh off a top 30 win against UCSB on Thursday and brought the momentum on the road. In doubles, and looked dominate, running away with a 6-1 victory. UW took court two, leaving the point to be decided on court one.
