LOS ANGELES – Playing for the third time in five days, Oregon couldn't overcome a sluggish start and dropped a 72-58 game to No. 19 USC Monday at the Galen Center.
How it Happened: USC (19-4, 13-3) led 43-22 at the half before Oregon (14-5, 9-4) tightened the game up.
The Ducks edged closer throughout the second half and drew within 16, 59-43, on three-pointer with 7:52 remaining.
