Adjusted offensive statistics Tristan Holmes and hythloday1
All three of the Ducks’ offensive touchdowns came on drives that included explosive pass plays, two deep shots to #7 Evan Stewart and a catch and run against the blitz by #1 Traeshon Holden. Two additional drives had potential deep shots missed and stalled out. Oregon was able to make up for these missed opportunities on special teams (which hythloday and I do not chart due to small sample size). Partly because of two lost fumbles, the only sustained scoring drive for Oregon was the ultimate one that set up the winning field goal.
