The Oregon Ducks have made the wide receiver position a high priority during the 2018 recruiting cycle.
But it hasn't gone as planned.
After losing five four-star commitments just before the early signing period, Oregon was dealt another big blow on Signing Day.
On Wednesday morning, elite four-star wide receiver/athlete Devon Williams used his platform on ESPN to announce his commitment to USC over Oregon:

The 6-foot-5, 191-pound pas-catcher had previously named Oregon his leader and paid his own way to attend the Ducks' bowl game in Las Vegas.
