A former two-sort star at the University of Oregon and a 2016 Olympic finalist, Allen was clocked in 13.36 seconds. Eaton finished in 13.37.
Allen and Eaton represented the Philadelphia Force in the four-team competition.
The New York Empire was the team winner with 200.5 points, followed by the Portland Pulse with 196.5, Philadelphia with 189 and the San Francisco Surge with 180.
Ex-UO runner Johnny Gregorek won the men's 1,500 in 3:35.
