Former Oregon Ducks star Devon Allen won his heat to advance to the semifinals of the 110-meter hurdles on Sunday at the IAAF World Athletics Championships in London.
Allen crossed the line in 13.26 seconds, the third-fastest time of the day. Fellow American Aries Merritt won his heat in 13.16, while Jamaican Omar McLeod took first place in his heat in 13.23 seconds. American Aleec Harris also moved on to the semifinals, taking fourth in McLeod's heat.
