Former Oregon Ducks wide receiver Darren Carrington had a blood-alcohol level of 0.11 percent and had smoked marijuana prior to his DUII arrest, according to a recently released police report.
The Register-Guard first reported the details of Carrington's arrest.
Carrington, 22, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. on July 1 after allegedly colliding with a pole in the drive-through at a McDonald's at 659 E. Broadway near downtown Eugene.
After receiving a call of a possibly intoxicated driver, Eugene police officer Sam Stotts observed a Honda Accord make an improper right turn from the McDonald's parking lot and stopped the car at Mill Street and Eighth Avenue, according to the report.
