The Oregon Ducks and Mario Cristobal aren't afraid to offer kids early, or to be the first program to extend a scholarship to a budding prospect.
Both of those came into play Tuesday, as Oregon became the first scholarship offer for class of 2021 quarterback Clay Millen, the younger brother of recent quarterback commit Cale Millen:
