Cheserek, Prandini Up for Bowerman

SAN ANTONIO – For the second consecutive year, Oregon has two finalists vying for the most prestigious individual award in collegiate track and field, The Bowerman Trophy. Two-time finalist Edward Cheserek is in the running once again, joined by teammate Jenna Prandini as the pair will hope to hear their names called at the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association convention, Thursday night.

Cheserek is joined by fellow finalists Akron pole vaulter Shawn Barber and Florida jumper Marquis Dendy on the men’s side. Prandini is up against Kentucky hurdler Kendra Harrison and Stephen F.
