Mike Bellotti, former Oregon Ducks football coach, joined me on the Bald Faced Truth radio show (12-3p weekdays in Portland on 102.9-FM and Eugene on 95.7-FM) where he said major college football programs don't need to sell out to win big.
"I don't think it's that tough," Bellotti said. "You can talk to a guy like Chris Petersen... talk to most of the coaches across the nation. They recognize that their job is coach/teacher... you know you have to win, but you'd never do anything that would jeopardize your legacy."
I asked Bellotti if the mess at Ohio State is symptomatic of major college football.
