Entering the weekend, the Oregon Ducks men's basketball program already had its highest-rated recruiting class in program history, thanks to a four-man group highlighted by McDonald's All-Americans Bol Bol and Louis King.
But with 247Sports five-star point guard Brandon Williams down to a final three of Arizona, Gonzaga and Oregon, it looked like Dana Altman and his coaching staff would have a chance to add to their historic collection of young talent.
In the end, however, it wasn't to be.
At the 2018 Ballislife All-American showcase, the 6-foot-2, 185-pound floor general, out of Crespi High School (Encino, California), re-committed to Arizona over Gonzaga and Oregon.
